SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Deposit/Cancellation (For Private Events): A deposit is required for a private event, at the amount of 50% the total estimated price provided by Premier Chef LLC. If you are forced to cancel your event with less than 3 days notice, your full deposit will be held for the cancellation fee. If your event is cancelled within (1) week of the event a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be assessed. If any deposit remains after the $100.00 fee, the rest will be credited back to you.
Event payments must be made directly to Premier Chef LLC by Cash, Check, Credit Card, Money Order, or Venmo. Final Payment is due on the day of the event, once the services have been rendered. Any amount due that is not paid when due, Premier Chef LLC may engage in an attorney for collection purposes, or in connection with any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, whether or not litigation is commenced, then you shall pay the attorney's fees, expenses and court costs in addition to the full amount due hereunder.
If the service is an ongoing short-term or ongoing long-term event, meaning, (2) or more days in a week (Monday-Sunday), Payment is due no later than the last day serviced.
Cancellation/Payment Policy for Booking Weekly Meal Personal Chef Services): The Client has 3 days prior to the scheduled day to cancel a pick up/delivery for Premier Chef LLC. If you cancel after the cut-off day and time, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged to you. This is due to the nature of the Personal Chef business and the liability to provide the most fresh produce possible.
If there are any materials such as groceries or anything else the client may want Premier Chef LLC to purchase for them, it will be reimbursed the same day, no exceptions. Premier Chef LLC will provide the receipts of the purchases made by our chefs for reimbursing in the days following your event.
Should your scheduled chef become ill or have an emergency that may conflict with your scheduled cooking date, they will contact you with as much notice as possible. If you would like, we will attempt to make an alternate Chef available for that date. You may decide to use the alternate chef (if available) or reschedule your cooking date with your scheduled chef for another time. Should our team contact you within 24 hours of your scheduled cooking date and you would like to reschedule, we will provide you with a 25% discount of the services upon rescheduling.
